We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access. This includes access controls, secure hosting and limiting who can see client material.
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as the law requires. When we no longer need it, we take reasonable steps to destroy it or de-identify it.
If a data breach is likely to cause serious harm, we will follow the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme and tell affected people and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
